Armed Personal Defense provides our students with the highest quality concealed carry instruction available. We even teach courses in how to become a concealed carry instructor. Unlike many instructors that teach these courses ‘part time’, at Armed Personal Defense, firearms training and CCW instruction is our full time profession. Armed Personal Defense is the premier organization providing Arizona CCW Training in the Phoenix Metro area. The company was founded in 2002 to address the need for quality AZ CCW training and foundation level handgun training for new firearms owners. Since that time we have literally trained thousands of students in our Arizona CCW Permit Courses.
Our focus is to provide a safe, encouraging environment that will allow students to learn effective marksmanship and gun handling skills whether they are a beginner or a skilled shooter. Our professional and unique training techniques provide our students with a strong foundation that will allow them to build their firearms skills, understand the legal issues that can be associated with the use of physical or deadly force and provide them with critical information that could potentially save their life or the life of a loved one.
Armed Personal Defense instructors are chosen for their experience, professional attitude and passion for safety and quality firearms education. They come from a variety of backgrounds including former military and former law enforcement.
All of our instructors are highly qualified NRA and DPS Certified Instructors. Training is available to civilian, law enforcement, private investigation and security personnel. Please contact us for information and rates for Agency training.
Doug Little, Director of Training and Founder of Armed Personal Defense has the highest commitment to safe and effective training in the full range of firearms disciplines. Doug has over 20 years of experience in Pistol, Rifle and Shotgun disciplines and invests over 100 hours each year training at some of the most recognized shooting schools in the nation.
